Please please see your OB immediately if you haven't yet, with PCOS and diabetes, you really need close medical monitoring throughout your pregnancy, at every stage. Your doctor will give you the real numbers based on your specific situation, and honestly, that's the only answer that matters for you and baby. A few of my mum friends had similar concerns, and what helped them was building a strong relationship with their OB, regular check-ups, blood sugar monitoring, the whole works. Hindi madali, pero very doable with proper care. You're already 11 weeks in and thinking ahead, which is good. Lean on your doctor, ha? They're your best resource right now, not google or forums.
