Hey mama, based on what you shared, March 19 is super early pa for a test to be accurate, ideally you'd want to wait until after your missed period kasi ang hCG hormone ay umuusbong pa lang after implantation. I know it's stressful waiting, pero mag-take ka ng test ulit after a week or two, or better yet mag-consult ka sa OB para sa blood test which is way more reliable this early, yun ang safest way to know for sure!
