Aww anak ko naman, tatlong linggo na talaga yan, I'd really suggest bringing her back to the doctor ulit kasi parang may underlying cause pa rin, like kung may fluid sa lungs or something na hindi na nakita sa first two visits, you know? One of my mum friends' baby had a persistent cough for weeks din and turned out may infection pa na kailangan ng different antibiotics, so better safe than sorry talaga. In the meantime, make sure she's drinking plenty ng fluids, and the halak/sipon you can manage with saline drops or suction para at least she can breathe better habang tulog.
