Ang best na "pampadami" ng breastmilk ay Unlilatch/ feed on demand lang po and keep yourself healthy and well-hydrated ☺️ Based on Supply and Demand po ang breastmilk production natin. So dapat padedehin si baby, para magkagatas tayo. Hindi yung hihintayin munang magkagatas bago padedehin si baby ☺️ Also, ang batayan po ng dami ng breastmilk natin ay based on baby's output (poops, wiwi, pawis), at hindi sa dami ng napu-pump.
