Saya pernah alami mcm sis. And one of the tips is jgn terlalu kerap buat sex which means everyday. Gapkan sekali 2-3hari utk dpatkan best and good sperm. If buat everyday, sperm yg dihasilkan tu masih lemah. That just my observation 😁
