Toddler with bumpy skin

Hi! My daughter is 2 years 3 months currently. She had this bumps on her legs since she was an infant but I feel now it is getting much more worse. It does not seem to bother her. She doesn't complain that it's itchy or anything. Just wondering if any mummies encountered this with their child? She uses Mustella Cicastela cream daily but the bumps aren't going away. I've tried different creams as well but doesn't seem to be working.

Since the bumps have been there since she was an infant and are getting worse, I would bring her to see the PD just to get a proper look and maybe a referral to a dermatologist if needed. Creams can only do so much without knowing the root cause, so it is better to get a diagnosis first before trying more products.
