Dalawang beses na akong nireject online ng SSS about my mat 2...ang bingay kong proof ay yung certificate of registration ni baby na galing lying-in (PDF)...okay lang ba na magproceed ako sa branch? or anyone who encountered this problem paano maresolve? #SSSvoluntarycontribution

Mommy ang need po ay either PSA Birth Cert or Certified Copy from Civil Registrar. Kailangan po clear ang pagkakapicture and walang erasure/alterations
