I have carpal tunnel on both hands... Left side more serious. If you have this issue, pls talk to your gynae and let him/her know. Wear a wrist brace to prevent further injury

It was so painful when we need to use our hand to support ourselves when getting up from bed/chair
hey yes. started at week 29 on both hands too. wearing wrist brace and flexing your fingers constantly helps
