NUH Private Billing

Hi, currently in my early weeks. For those that delivered at NUH under private class, how much was your final bill? Don’t mind me asking what was the fees if the prenatal check up? Was thinking if I should start with subsidised route then change to private? Kindly help.

I really feel you on this, the whole private vs subsidised decision can feel so overwhelming especially in the early weeks when everything is still new. I don't have personal experience with NUH private billing specifically, but what a few friends in my mums group did was start with the subsidised polyclinic route for the first trimester, then switch to private once they felt more settled and knew what they wanted. It might be worth calling NUH's billing department directly to ask for an estimate breakdown, as the fees can vary quite a bit depending on your delivery type and length of stay. Hopefully someone else here who delivered at NUH private can share their actual numbers with you lah.
