Aw, congrats sa upcoming CS! So based sa experience ng karamihan ng moms I know, usually kayo mag-stay sa hospital for about 2 to 3 days after the bikini cut, some went home on day 2 kung okay na sila, pero marami naman prefer to stay the full 3 para sa wound care and observation. As for healing, majority ng friends ko said the initial healing takes around 6 weeks, though you'll still feel sore and tender during that time, especially pag movements or pag laughing. The good news is by week 2-3 okay na daw ang araw-araw chores like light walking and basic stuff, pero heavy lifting at exercise talaga kailangan maghintay ng full 6 weeks. Just make sure you're doing regular wound care, that's super important! Definitely check with your own OB though kung ano ang best timeline for your specific case, kasi every body recovers different.
