A few of us moms noticed na mas okay pag we support the incision with our hands or a pillow habang umuubo, it helps distribute the pressure, but honestly, if ang sakit ay sobrang intense or nag-worsen over time, better check with your OB para sure everything's healing okay, lalo na pag may other signs na off.
