accidentally consumed additional dose of obimin

consumed obimin in morning. was supposed to take fish oil in afternoon. but my mind was elsewhere and i ate obimin again instead! am so worried now. please help.

You’ll be fine. Sometimes I took twice too cause my brain not functioning and I couldn’t rem😅.
