Aside from drinking lots of water and eating high in fiber leafy veggies, I also include oatmeal every morning for breakfast naging routine ko na siya to ease my constipation problem, so far super effective naman.

maraming tubig at fiber rich foods lang.. galaw galaw din po kungbdi maselan magbubtis. walang gamot na mashishare, if gamot ang need mo, pls ask your OB po.
