Anak saya 20hari lepas lahir

Is it common to my newborn (20days) to not poop after the first time we introduce formula milk s26 to her?We wrongly diluted the milk thn she vomited and now she doing better and currently only on breast milk.🙏Pls share ur knowledge on this tq
