Hello, Any comments or opinions. What are the most common complications when you had your second pregnancy after 1yr from your 1st born via cesarean section.

my 1st born (via CS) was 9yo when i was on my 2nd pregnancy (via CS). i got highblood after giving birth. i was on maintenance for 8 months. but my bp became normal after 5 months. its just that my maintenance was tapered off. currently, my normal bp is stable.
