Aww, what a sweet combo, Emmanuel and Rose Sheena together, diba? Pwede mong gawin itong Emmanrose, or Rosemmanuel kung gusto mo ang Rose first, pero honestly parang mas natural ang Emmanuel Rose o Emmanuel Roshen as a full name kasi hindi kasing-awkward sa boses. One of my mum friends did something similar and ginawa niya lang apat names, which is actually common sa atin, so walang problema kung gusto mo talaga i-honor both ngalan na yan completely!
