Alam nyo yun mga bawal?

Already delivered a 6.6 lbs. baby boy last year,during my pregnancy i was under highrisk because of GD(gestational diabetis).So my doctor cut down my calories intake but she also said chocolates,softdrinks,candies should be avoided.These all base on my condition.
