Brown and light spotting before period sino po naka experience? Expected mens ko po dapat dec11 pa kaso simula po kahapon may brown discharge nako pero nagstop po sya tas kanina umaga meron ulit bright red akala ko mens na kaya naglagay nako ng pads kaso di na sya lumakas nagbrown ulit sya tas parang bahid nalang #pasagotpo #thankyou

Ay, nangyari na rin yan sa amin dati! Brown discharge bago ang actual period is pretty normal kaya wag mag-alala muna, pero since it's stopping and starting like that, mas better kung i-check mo na lang ng doctor para sure, baka hormonal changes lang or maybe implantation if there's a chance, pero alam mo yan ng OB mo talaga. A few of us from our moms' group noticed the same thing months apart, and mostly it was just irregular spotting before the heavy flow came, pero everyone's different so better safe than sorry ha!
