Hi mama! Hindi talaga, pero kung hindi ka regular mag-pump or breastfeed, ang body mo eventually makakaintindi na kailangan lang ng konti, so bababa ang supply mo over time, it's more about consistency than the act itself. A few of us first-time moms learned this the hard way; one of my friends didn't realize na kailangan talaga ng regular emptying para ma-maintain ang production, especially in those early weeks. Kung concerned ka na bumaba na ang supply mo, best to check with your lactation consultant or OB kasi may tips sila for boosting it back up, pero in general, the more frequently you express (whether pump or direct latch), the more your body will produce, it's supply and demand talaga, mommy!
