Ay, ganyan talaga sometimes sa exclusively breastfed babies, kaya namin naisip na constipated na sila pero honestly, ang breast milk ay very digestible kaya okay lang kahit konti lang yung output compared sa formula babies. A few of us tried burping differently, doing tummy massage in clockwise motion, or even checking kung sore ba yung baby or may feeding latch issue, kasi minsan yan ang culprit. But honestly, if it's been three days talaga and baby seems uncomfortable or the poop is hard when it comes out, better mag-check lang kayo sa pedia just to be sure, better safe than sorry sa ganitong age, and they can give you peace of mind!
