Aw, yes! Breastfeeding talaga ang best gift natin for our babies, ang antibodies sa breast milk talaga ang game-changer, lalo na against viruses and bacteria na laging umiikot around natin. A few of my mum friends at I were just talking about how our kids got sick way less often compared sa formula-fed babies ng ibang families, and we really felt the difference especially during cold season!
