Milk booster

Hi breast feeding mummies, how do you all boost your breast milk? I think I dragged my pumping hour thus my milk dipped a lot. Any idea how can I increase?

Keep on latching. Pumping alone does NOT boost your milk supply. And also, eat a balanced diet
