3 month old screaming in sleep

Hello! My boy just turned 3 months old. he has been a quite good sleeper and sleeps 10pm - 3am, night feed once, then sleeps until 7am since 2.5 months. But recently he suddenly started screaming in his sleep between 4-7am (few times every hour) and has been waking up early. Inconsolable when I try to soothe from cotside and only stops after a while even when I hold him. Normal? 😭😭 do I just leave him until he is "done"?

My boy is turning 3 months old next week and he also scream and cry in his sleep suddenly 😥

Ahhhh ya lorh, my baby boy turns 3 months old at the end of the week too 🙂‍↕️ but good to know that it's normal part of their development

We faced the same thing too. Happens from time to time, even now my lo is 17mo.
