my boy starts to have eczema after 5in1 and it cant seems to cure or lessen the red rashes, why is it so? how can i cure it?

which brand of aloe vera gel is suitable for baby? my boy tends to put his hand inside mouth regularly so im afraid he will accidentally touch on whatever i had applied on him and at the same time put his hands into his mouth.
