Antenatal class

Honestly, I think it's worth going lah especially kalau first time, a few of us tried the online classes and it's okay for basic info, tapi physical class lagi bagus because you can practice labour positions, ask questions face-to-face, and honestly the vibe dengan other pregnant mums is sangat encouraging. Best is to check with your hospital or clinic, most offer their own antenatal classes, or you can try private ones like the ones at maternity centers nearby, some still do in-person sessions mixed with online options skang. It really helped me feel more confident going into labour, so I'd say go for it if you can!
