Batuk anak 6 tahun

Adeh, peggy batuk dengan bekahak memang leceh! A few of my mum friends swear by honey (tapi kena atas 1 tahun la) and making sure dia minum plenty of water throughout the day, sometimes the phlegm jadi lebih tebal kalau dehydrated. Batuk dengan nebulizer tu memang normal for kids yang prone to it, tapi since dia kena amek neb regularly, better check with the doctor about supplements or any underlying trigger, bisa jadi asthma, allergies, or just frequent colds lang. At this stage I'd focus on keeping the humidity up at home (try the humidifier especially malam), avoid smoky areas, and observe if ada certain foods or seasons that trigger it more.
