Betul! DPO 1 starts the day after ovulation, so kalau ovulate on day 14 of your cycle, then day 15 is DPO 1, but honestly, the tricky part is knowing exactly when you ovulate unless you're tracking with OPK or temping, sebab most of us tak sure hari betul-betul.
