Kembung bayi

Eh biasa bayi kembung perut tu normal je dalam first few weeks, especially kalau breastfed atau formula fed, gas dan belum mature lagi digestive system dia. A few of my mum friends said their babies' bloating improved around 3-4 months when the stomach settled down, tapi setiap baby lain-lain timing. Kalau dia seems uncomfortable, crying a lot, or ada other symptoms, baik check dengan paediatrician dia to rule out anything else ya, sometimes it's just trapped wind jugak, yang mum friends aku settle with infant massage or tummy time. Hang in there, mummy, it does get better!
