Hindi ko personally natry ang Beneforte brand, pero maraming mommy friends ko na prescribed ng OB nila yung multivitamins with iron during pregnancy at postpartum, super common talaga! Best to follow your OB's instructions exactly kasi sila ang nakakita ng prenatal exams mo, pero usually iron supplements are taken on an empty stomach in the morning para mas ma-absorb ng katawan, sometimes with vitamin C pa para mas effective. If your OB prescribed it, siguradong safe yan for you and baby, so just take it as instructed!
