Self Care is not same as self centered or selfish, self care is about giving time to yourself, "GIVING TIME" not your "ALL TIME". People said that "dapat focus kalang sa anak mu, saka na ung sarili mu", Me as a full time mom yes, I'm totally focus to my son, I give more time to him than myself, but after I've done all things, taking care of him, I give time to myself. Hindi ko naman pinababayaan ung anak ko porket nag seself care ako, inuuna ko lang ang anak ko bago ang sarili ko. A small time just to take care of myself, pagtulog nya sa gabi, nageexercise ako, after ko sya ihalf bath, its time for my skin care routine. Simple care that every women need and a mother as well. "SIMPLE CARE" and "GIVING TIME" that's what I thought about "SELF CARE"
