You can't pour from an empty cup. Plus self care is important, not only for the sake of the kids/family but also for yourself because you need and deserve that as a person. I have a toddler and a 1 month old so mu self care is mainly my night shower, a bit of skin care routine, and doing some of my hobbies. I make sure to keep myself hydrated, and appreciate the small things throughout the day.
