yes it is important to all mother having self-care because we all want to prove not to others but to ourselves that we can all taking care of our family and in order for us to do it to them we need to do it first to our self... it doesn't mean nman na porket pinapaganda o inaalagaan nating mga mommy ang sarili eh... "inuuna na natin ang kalandian o what so ever!!! mas maganda pakinggan yung salitang "mommy blowming ka" kesa nman sa "mommy hagard ka" unahin nating gawin sa mga sarili natin kasi darating yung tamang panahon na matututunan ng mga anak natin yan... salamat po mga mommy #QOTD
