1 year old and 4 months behavior

This behavior starts when my lo was 1 yr and 2 months old every time he didn't get what he wants at that moment iuuntog nya sarili nya like hihiga sya pabagsak anywhere kaya tumatama ulo nya. Tapos kapag nakaupo naman i hit nya noo nya sa floor and now susundutin nya yung ngala ngala nya para masuka. Ginagawa nya to saamin na parang blackmailing. #pleasehelp #advicepls Does anyone here has experiencing the same?
