bed rest and nag ttake ako ng pampakapit dahil nag pr pre term contractions ako ngayon closed cervix pa naman and 21 weeks pa lang ako now matagal tagal pa , sana mag full term😕🙏🏻
Nak, this is serious, please go to your OB or hospital right away if you haven't been seen recently, or call them immediately para ma-monitor properly. I'm praying with you na magiging okay ang baby mo, truly. A few of my mum friends have gone through scares like this too, at ang best thing talaga is to follow exactly what your doctor says, whether that's bed rest, medicines, or check-ups. Ang 21 weeks mo is still matagal, and doctors today know how to help. Just trust your OB completely, okay? Rest as much as you can, and don't hesitate to go back if anything feels off. Kaya mo yan, mama!
