Baby bump check

Hay, totally normal yan sa early pregnancy, sis! At 4 months, ang uterus mo ay lumalaki pa lang and sometimes it feels hard or tight, lalo na kung stressed ka or active ka the whole day, a few of us first-time moms experienced the same thing. But since palagi syang matigas, mas okay na i-mention mo sa OB mo sa next check-up para ma-confirm lang na lahat okay with baby, kasi better safe than sorry talaga especially first time! Drink lots of water, rest when you can, at wag mag-alarm agad pero do get it checked. Congrats sa pregnancy!
