Ah yan talaga ang common confusion, mama! Usually ang ultrasound dating ay ang more accurate especially ngayon pa lang sa second trimester, kaya most OBs will adjust based sa ultrasound findings, mine did the same thing and sabi niya it's because the baby's development milestones ay mas consistent makikita sa US kaysa LMP alone, especially if may irregular period ka or di mo exact ang unang araw. Better talaga to confirm with your OB kung alin exactly ang gagamitin nila for your records kasi may slight difference sa due date and monitoring timelines, pero generally ultrasound wins at that point!
