Aiyoh I feel you la, banyak moms go through this and it's so stressful! A few of my mum friends found that frequent pumping or nursing (even every 2-3 hours) plus staying really hydrated made a difference, and one swears by oat-based drinks and eating more ikan/protein, but honestly supply issues can be tricky and sometimes ada underlying things that need checking, so best to chat with your lactation consultant or doc to make sure everything's okay first. Don't be too hard on yourself, you're already doing your best
