Mucus dalam stool tu boleh jadi dari banyak benda, stress, diet changes, atau even just your gut lining producing extra mucus, so takde perlu panic sangat. Tapi since you're worried and especially kalau ada gejala lain macam sakit perut, demam, or diare yang tak stop, better check with your doctor just to be safe and put your mind at ease, okay? A few of my mum friends pun experienced this and their docs said it's nothing serious, but always best to confirm especially kalau ni first time for you!
