Mama, please go to your OB or the nearest hospital para ma-check agad, 37 weeks is far enough along and those symptoms together (dizziness, nausea, at pag-hilab ng tiyan) need proper checking, hindi lang home management. Pineapple juice at this stage can sometimes trigger contractions para sa ilang moms, kaya talaga kailangan ng doctor to rule out labor or other concerns.
