Ang due date ay kinukuha base sa first day of last period mo (na usually 2 weeks bago mag-conceive), kaya halos 4 weeks ang gap between LMP at actual conception date, that's just how OBs calculate it para consistent at madaling ma-track. Ang app mo ay siguro gumagamit ng both methods kaya nakikita mo ang difference, pero hindi ka miscalculating; pareho lang yan ng information, different reference points lang.
