Sabar je, dear, anxiety during pregnancy is super common, and the breathlessness makes it worse because your body is also adapting to the extra weight and hormones. A few of my mum friends went through the same thing, and they all felt better once they checked in with their doctor to rule out anything physical, then did some simple breathing exercises (macam the 4-7-8 technique, inhale 4 counts, hold 7, exhale 8). For labour, your midwife will guide you through the breathing and contractions, they expect you won't be perfect, and honestly the adrenaline takes over anyway, so don't worry too much about that part now. Definitely mention this to your gynae at your next checkup so they can check your iron levels and make sure everything's okay, shortness of breath can sometimes be related to anemia too. You're going to be fine, mama!
