GAMIT SA PANGANGANAK

Congrats sa first baby mo! Okay, so for C-section, I'd bring 2-3 nightgowns na may front opening (super helpful for breastfeeding and post-op checks), underwear na disposable or old ones na okay i-throw away, 2 pairs ng maternity pads (hospital provides pero sometimes sobrang dami ng bleeding), toiletries, phone charger, at least 2 sets ng newborn clothes plus receiving blankets, honestly a few of us bring extra dahil minsan ang dami ng spit-up at babaguhin mo every few hours. Bring comfortable going-home outfit din for you both, slippers na anti-skid, at bra na front-opening para easy sa breastfeeding pa lang from day one, plus anything personal na kailangan mo to feel comfortable like your own pillow with colored pillowcase (hospital pillows are so blah!). You're doing great prepping this early!
