My 1st Ultrasound

Aww, congratulations on your first ultrasound! This is such an exciting milestone, I remember being so nervous but also giddy before mine, haha. A few of us mums from my circle were talking about this recently, and honestly, just go in expecting to see your baby for the first time (which is magical!), but don't stress too much if the image quality isn't super clear or if baby's shy during the scan. The sonographer will guide you through everything and show you what you're looking at, so just relax and enjoy the moment, you might even get a cute photo to take home!
