Vaccination baby delay

My baby is still in the hospital and it has been a month and 10 days. From my knowledge, at 6 weeks old. My baby is suppose to have his vaccination injections started but since he’s still in the hospital, I can’t bring him to have it. If he has been discharge and take the vaccination late, will that be alright or has he missed his injections?
