Getting pregnant again

My baby is now 4 months old. I am already planning for second child. How soon after giving birth we can get pregnant again? Any advice for mom that have experience getting pregnant again after 4 months of delivery. Reason is bcs age is really catching up for me. I am 37 years old. I would love to have 2 kids, go thru again and stop there haha
