Baby is 2w+ and is very fussy wakes up crying

There’s a lot of possibilities. Baby could be hungry, gassy, colic, sleepy/tired, dirty diapers, seeking for comfort etc. Did you try to swaddle baby? Is the room temperature okay? For me, I swaddled baby, set air con to 26 degree, play baby music softly at the background.
