Baby keep moving and hyperactive at night

My baby keep moving about in my belly at midnight for an hour or two making me lose sleep. I didn’t eat anything to irritate the baby either. Any mummy here experience it and what should I do?

Same here! I try to sleep on my left side, and tap my belly too. Awhile later they fall asleep alr haha
