At which age can I introduce packet cheese (eg. Cheesdale) to my baby?

cheese can intro as early as solid started actually. but read labels, the nutrition information.. focus on low sodium cheese. as other food in our child's meal contain sodium too right🤗 1y can take about 800mg sodium per day.
