Baby rejecting bottle - ranting

My baby is 7months old yet she is still rejecting bottles. i have tried formula and other brand of bottles she only want direct latch. And looking at the covid situation i might be going back office soon. she need me for milk and accompany and sleep. looking at her needs, i am reluctant to leave her to infant care. Not sure what should i do.. dont think i am able to train her in time and i couldnt leave her with the infant care. thinking of she might be starving and crying looking for me, i am so heart broken. so lost…

I really feel you on this, it is such a hard place to be in and your love for her comes through in every word you wrote. My girl was the same way at that age, and what helped us was having my husband try the bottle when I was completely out of the house, because babies can smell mum nearby and will just hold out for the real thing. Some mums in my circle also found that switching to a soft spout cup or even a straw sippy worked better than a bottle at this stage, so it might be worth trying that before you go back to office lah.
