Hindi ko personally natry yan, but honestly maraming brands ng folic acid sa market and most of them ay okay lang basta prescribed ng doctor mo or recommended ng OB mo, yan ang importante talaga. I'd suggest asking your OB or pharmacist about Maxifol 5000 specifically kasi they'll know best kung suitable sa case mo, especially if pregnant or breastfeeding ka, para sure na safe and effective talaga!
